Do fans pay anything?

No. Once you unlock a Fan Pack, every fan’s high-res download is free.

Can fans edit their mosaic?

Yes — fans can add their own photos. Official org tiles remain so it stays a true Fan Mosaic. For full custom projects outside your tiles, fans can create a separate personal mosaic.

Do fans need an account?

Fans can try instantly; to claim the free download and join your wall, they create or sign in to an account. This prevents abuse and helps with notifications.

How do caps work?

Each Fan Mosaic includes a set number of “gift spots.” When it’s full, fans see a friendly “Wall is full” message — and you can start another Fan Mosaic or upgrade.

What about refunds?

Because Fan Mosaic is a digital activation, purchases are final once activated (when fans can begin joining). For large campaigns, we can stage activations and invoicing.

Can we run this forever?

Yes. Many organizations run an always-on wall and spin up additional mosaics for big moments (seasons, launches, anniversaries).

Can we use our own domain or remove Mosaically branding?

Yes — You can use our API to build something completely custom for your enterprise.
